I had some concerns with my fireplace and called Top Hat to come out a give me their professional opinion. Jarrod came showed up on time and I immediately could tell he knew what he was doing. He was very professional, straight to the point and didn’t try sell me any product or service I didn’t need. After inspecting my fireplace he assured me nothing was wrong with it and it was safe for use.

Top hat service is great! Jarrod serviced my pellet insert, cleaned the combustion blower and cavity as well as the chimney. Jarrod was most informative, polite, and friendly. He replaced the inserts igniter for me and worked through some troubleshooting for the insert failure to ignite. Top Hat is a great company with outstanding service!
